Some old (positivist) project ideas:
- Socialization into discplines – see how year 1-4 econs/soci majors think about poverty
- The Linguistics of Technocratic Exclusion – see if there is a correlation between technical language/imagery and involvement in economic discussion – why is it that econs, for all its claim to technical rationality, employ so many (unquestioned) metaphors? Compare with how econs is talked about in Chinese.
